Fauztin stuttered for a moment before getting a clear sentence out. "No, this one and I are not mates. She is... a friend. We have not known each other long," he told her. he didn't want to tell the Na'vi she was a dreamwalker because he didn't know how far Ty'e'ca wanted him to keep her secrets. He crouched down to Sadi and laid a hand on her shoulder. "I'm glad I could help. I am sorry it had to come to this. Death should never be of a worthy cause." Fauztin's expression deepened a little in sadness but he composed himself a moment later. "I would offer to take you back to the Hometree, but my Ikran is a little over crowded. My friend, she lives elsewhere. I live on the outskirts of the clan's territory. I usually stay in the mountains," he told her. He smiled a little, offering her a hand to help her stand. "We should get away from the dangers here. It's getting dark," he said. Fauztin looked back to Ty'e'ca and started walking toward her.
"I told her you were a friend, but didn't say that you were a dreamwalker. I wasn't sure what you wanted me to keep secret aside from... your friend," he said to her, choosing his words carefully. "It's getting dark, and it won't be safe. I can take you back to the mountains. Or you could stay with me, if you'd like," he said to her, lowering his gaze to the ground, blushing a little after realizing how that sounded. "I... err... Well... You know what I mean," he said at last, a little embarrassed at how he sounded.

She looked at him as he walked towards her. She raised a brow at what he said. She hadn't been paying much attention to them as it maid no point if she only understood half of it. So she never cough the part about mates. She looked at him for a long moment.
I's to late for me to head to where I lay.. So I.... I guess...
She reached down and patted his mount and ran her hand along it's neck, a sweet spot on an Ikran.
Ok not something she wanted but what choice did she have. She also thought he stayed at hometree and not on his own. She put her attention back on the beast

Tensed a bit at the male's touch, but forced the relaxation into her body. She was not used to the touch of anything besides familiar faces, and she hadn't seen those either. She followed him with her eyes, her hand still placed at her hip as her tail curled. She didn't have to guess to see the young female was confused. Curiousity one her over. "Have a safe journey, and Eywa be with you" she spoke in clear Na'vi. With a warm smile she added "Be safe," in a thick Na'vi accent.
She spoke behind the male's back, refusing to believe that was not his mate, or soon to be. "I do not need the ride, I have no wish for it. I have no where to go." She turned her own back, trying to figure out how long she had before food would become scarce for her. All she had now was two pieces of fruit, not enough to hold her own for the days to come. Walking away she leaped onto the tree she was once on before, climbing to the top to make a little 'nest.' She didn't know what to do, and she needed a place to think, so why not there?

Fauztin spun around to look at Sadi when she spoke in English. He lowered his gaze when she backed away and went off on her own. Fauztin sighed to himself and figured that they would see each other again soon. He had a nagging feeling that she was alone as well. He turned to Ty'e'ca and smiled, mounting the Ikran. "I told him to trust you. He's alright with you riding him, as long as you don't try to bond with him," he told her. He kicked off from the ground and headed toward the mountains. He waved down into the trees at Sadi in farewell and called out to her, "I'll be back tomorrow." He sat upright so the girl behind him could wrap her arms around his waist again and he recalled the same feeling when he felt her press against him. He still felt uncomfortable, but oddly warmed at the thought at the same time. He shook it off and kept flying through the sky toward his temporary home in the Hallelujah Mountains.

She looked at Fauztin as he mounted then at the Ikran for a moment petting him again resting a hand on Fauztins back so she wouldn't fall as she did so.
I would never, he's yours that and I have Hadak'e, he's all I need...
She leaned forward a little holding on to the Ikran as the kicked off. When Fauztin sat up she put an arm around his waist again and made sure she sat in such a way he could fly with no trouble do to her. She was pressed close to him to the Ikran had full use and rang with its wings. She also noticed they were going in the wrong direction then Hometree
Hometreess the other way...

Fauztin chuckled when she said that. "That's not what I meant. That's just what he was thinking. He's a bit of a cynic," he said with a smile. He extended his arms so that she could get a better grip around his body when he held on, moving his arms so he didn't block her. He was wondering when she would ask him about where he was going and he turned his head to look at her, letting the Ikran fly on its own. "I don't live at the Hometree. I stay in the mountains. I spend most of my time there anyways, so I set up a home there where I can stay. As a guard of the clan, I'm designated to a certain area of the territory, and I patrol the Hallelujah Mountains for the most part. I haven't seen you there a lot, but I think it'll grow on you. It can be a lot of fun," he said to her, turning his attention back to the Ikran and steering a more direct route to his destination.

She shifted herself to have a better grip. She really wasn't use to being a passanger on a mount.
Well if I fly up here more there won't be very many Ikran left... Hadak'e...
She looked over the side and the forest underthem. They were so far up now. She looked back infront at them and the setting sun. She was tired for the day and all the running. She rested her head on his back. She didn't care about hating Na'vi at the moment. She was to tired to

Fauztin laughed aloud. "I suppose that's true," he said to her with a wide grin. "Well, you could always come visit every now and then. I've told my Ikran to listen for your calls. If you ever need a ride, if for any reason the Toruk isn't within reach, he'll come to you," he told her, smiling again. "You seem exhausted. I'll set you up a bed when we get there, you need your rest." Fauztin leaned backward a little bit, leaning against her so she was almost hugging him when she laid her head against his back. He blushed a bit to himself, but faced forward so she wouldn't notice.

She yawned and nodded. She wasn't really paying attention to what he was saying. Her eyes closed and she snuggled into him lightly. She relaxed into him when he leaned back but still kept herself balanced so not to fall. She'd fallen aslepp on Hadak'e when flying so many times she was use to it. She was soon a sleep hugging him to her as if he were Hadak'e.

Fauztin felt Ty'e'ca nuzzle against him and start drifting off to sleep. He stifled a chuckle in worry of waking her, but smiled to himself. He found her quite adorable at the moment, actually. He reached to the side of the Ikran and pulled a cloak-like piece of cloth from the pack attached to its underside. He let the Ikran steer itself again and he wrapped the cloak around Ty'e'ca, keeping her warm from the gusty winds as the sun set and darkness overtook the skies of Pandora. Fauztin was a bit bigger than Ty'e'ca, and he felt her arms beginning to slip from his waist. He slowed the Ikran and he adjusted himself, lightly picking the girl up and placing her in front of him. She curled up into a ball and nuzzled against him as he held her close to him, making sure she didn't fall. He grabbed the reigns of the creature again and kept her head against him so she was jostled. They soared through the skies and his hair was whipped back from the wind, his braid flying behind him as they crept higher into the sky. They approached the mountains above in the clouds and the jungle below began to shrink as they grew higher and higher. Eventually the jungle was out of sight and clouds surrounded them. Fauztin broke the top of the cloud to the highest rock floating in the sky and landed on the cliff. He grabbed Ty'e'ca in his arms and leapt from the the Ikran, landing on his feet. he walked to the makeshift camp he'd set up, laying her on a soft bed of cloths and blankets, covering her so she wouldn't be cold in the chilly weather. He walked to the center of the camp and lit a fire to keep himself warm as he gave both the blankets to the girl. He stared into the flame and went into a trance, losing track of time. He didn't realize when he finally fell asleep against the Ikran, using its side as a pillow.
